Kevin learmonth is standing for the new SIC council ward of Lerwick South.

This includes Bressay, and half the town from Point of Scatland, to Staney Hill to the lifeboat pier at the harbour. Basically everything North of the line formed by Robertson Crescent, the lane between the Montfield nurses homes and Gilbertson Park the south end of Burgh Burgh Road to Scalloway Road and along down Church Road towards the Harbour.
